We are proud to share with you as presented at the General assembly meeting yesterday the  updated fundraising committee’s report  on our recent events ( Gala Ball and Ground breaking). Please note that the report is updated as of January 2019.

We like to thank the committee, through its chairperson Dr. P. Bernard and a special thank you to Matu Tubman-White and Angela Cassell- Bush for all their efforts in getting the report ready for the first General Assembly meeting yesterday, Jan. 19, 2019.

As per the information provided the body at the meeting yesterday, the report will be updated as and when payments from pledges (individuals), corporate sponsors, and the drinks subcommittee are made. The committee is open to any question(s) from you regarding the same.

In summary, the committee has taken us from ZERO BALANCE (NO CASH) to a:

Total Revenue & pledges of US$ 60,469.00

Less Expenses                                  (10,741.02)

Fund Balance                                   49,727.98
