THE GROUNDS OF MINISTRY OF INFORMATION 1967: This picture features Saints Friskies on African Day stomping the grounds of the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affaris and Tourism, taken with the late Bai T. Moore, Assistant Secretary of Information. Assistant Secretary Moore praised and congratulated us for being the first to highlight African costumes and regretted that he was not dressed accordingly. He noted that he had "some beautiful African gowns" that would fit the occasion.
